The General Assembly of EHPA, European Association of Heat pump took place during May, being celebrated on the 27th in Brussels.

The Assembly of this Association, to which Manuel Herrero attended in AFEC representation, and in which its annual 15 was celebrated, was preceded by the Committee of Associations, taking place on the following day the 8th European Forum on the Heat pump.

During the same one the President, Martin Forsen emphasized that the "family" of the heat pump is growing and its technology is being recognized progressively in all the classes. Seguidamente, the different persons in charge of the committees, across which the activities of the Association are channeled, were presenting the actions realized in each of them. Next Thomas Nowak, Secretary-General of EHPA, spoke about the restructuring of its team and described the new initiatives for the year 2015. Also he explained the particulars of the change of the legal form of the Association, happening of my name being EHPA EEIG (Europaean Economic Interest Grouping), to EHPA AISBL (Association Internationales Sans But Lucratif).

One of the activities most emphasized from the Association, it is the development of a new program of certification of heat pumps, with the target that it is accepted in the whole Europe. The above mentioned program will be based on a scheme "CEN Keymark", that will include essays for recognized laboratories and will contemplate a Control of Production in Factory of the products (FPC - Factory Production Control), and a regular alertness of the certified products and of above-mentioned FPC.
